How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a concern, contact Jahben directly:

Please include your name, the email address used for payment, the reading or session purchased, and a description of your concern. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may affect your ability to book future sessions.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times begin from the moment Jahben receives your birth information and question — not from the moment of payment. Please send your details promptly after booking to avoid delays.
