Jahben Astrology offers the following digital services:
- Email Reading — written personalised reading delivered within 24 hours ($40)
- Tarot Reading — Rider-Waite-Smith spread in a live chat session ($60)
- Clarity & Awareness Session — live 1-on-1 session ($90)
- Layered Reading — full tarot, astrology & numerology reading in a live chat session ($150)
- Reiki Healing — distance Reiki session of 60–90 minutes, followed by a written post-session summary ($120)
- Animal Reiki — distance Reiki session for your animal ($30 suggested donation)
All services are digital and personalised. No physical products are shipped.
48-Hour Guarantee
Every reading carries a 48-hour make-it-right guarantee: if your reading doesn't feel meaningful or you're not satisfied with the depth of insight, reach out within 48 hours and Jahben will make it right.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your written reading was not delivered within the stated timeframe (24 hours for Email Readings) and you have not received a response to a follow-up inquiry
- Your live session was not fulfilled by Jahben and no rescheduling was offered
- You contact us to cancel a written reading order before Jahben has begun preparing it
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Written readings that have been delivered to your email inbox
- Live sessions that have taken place in full or in part
- Incorrect birth information provided by the client that affected the reading
- Failure to provide birth details or a question after booking, resulting in a delayed or unstarted reading — please contact us to resolve this
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For live sessions (Tarot Reading, Layered Reading, Clarity & Awareness Session, Reiki Healing, and Animal Reiki):
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at Jahben's discretion
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable

Please include your name, the email address used for payment, the reading or session purchased, and a description of your concern. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (PayPal or Venmo) within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may affect your ability to book future sessions.
