5 Health & Reiki Disclaimer

Reiki and energy healing services offered through this Website are complementary wellness practices. They are not licensed medical treatments. Reiki does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before booking a session. Never discontinue prescribed treatment based on guidance received during a session.

6 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or book readings through this Website. By placing an order or booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may browse free content on the Website but may not engage paid services without a parent or legal guardian's consent.

7 Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through PayPal or Venmo. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of booking.
• Due to the personal and time-intensive nature of readings and healing sessions, all sales are final. Refunds are generally not provided once a session has been delivered or an email reading has been sent.
• If we are unable to complete your session for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
• Disputes should be directed to hello@jahben.com before initiating a chargeback.

8 Booking & Cancellation

When you book a live reading or reiki session:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
• No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a session if unforeseen circumstances arise, and will provide as much notice as possible.

9 User Conduct

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written permission
